Melbourne City Ballet's Junior Interstate Elite Artists Program (JEAP) is specifically designed to provide young dancers with the opportunity to gain experience training with Melbourne city Ballet's Artistic Staff.

The program gives some of the finest dancers the opportunity to experience MCB's training courses for the final two weeks of each term. The course includes work in various areas such as technique, pas de deus, pointe, masculine delivery and repertoire. JEAP prepares young artists for the physical and technical requirements of part or full time ballet training.

Each term finishes with a performance alongside Melbourne city Ballet's Elite and MICA students as part of the MCB Studio Sessions season.
