Peter & The Wolf

down on peter's grandmother's farm...

Peter, lives with his grandmother in a home near the forest. One day, Peter goes out into the forest, leaving the garden gate open. This leads to a duck, a bluebird and a cat all getting into mischief outside the safety of the gate.

Having been found and reprimanded for his carelessness, Peter's grandmother then warns him of the wolf that lives in the forest.

The big, grey wolf does indeed come out of the forest. But, Peter is such a brave and resourceful boy that he fetches a rope, climbs over the garden wall, and sets out to catch the wolf.

Inspired by the original Children’s musical symphony Choreographer Brendan Bradshaw will weave the Prokofiev score with additional music to bring to life the brand new children’s ballet, Peter and the Wolf.

*Note: Swan Hill & Broken Hill will also feature the production Tink as a double bill.
